We also work in assignments for a few selected customers. The common denominators are; that the employee experience is in the center, goals/scope and KPIs are well defined, that we can apply agile methods and co-creation in the projects.

We always assemble the best suited Task force of people to solve the projects. The most effective project group consists of people from the company and external people. We are a collective of people that work in accordance with our shared vision. Relevance has no employees and do not aspire to have so in the future. This gives us the freedom to staff each project with the best possible team of outstanding people to deliver maximum value. Every project is different as has to be tackled accordingly.

Relevance is independent. The people that work in the Task Forces are part of our eco system. Relevance also have a network of partners that are evaluated and tested. We have no financial incitaments in recommending them.
